Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as an Advanced Administrative Assistant, Business Development Specialist, or in a related role.
• Must be skilled in business correspondence and professional communication.
• Must have experience in vendor registration and tender documentation.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing quotations and conducting client follow-ups.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must have strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage business correspondence, reports, and administrative documents.
• Handle vendor registration and maintain accurate vendor information and records.
• Prepare, organize, and review tender documents and related requirements.
• Prepare quotations based on client requirements and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients and conduct timely follow-ups regarding inquiries, quotations, and business proposals.
• Use Microsoft Excel to organize, maintain, and analyze business data.
• Provide administrative and business development support to ensure efficient daily operations.
