Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure consistent food taste and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, cooking stations, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory and notify management of ingredient shortages.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff if needed.
