Xoline Electro Mechanical Services Sole Proprietorship LLC is seeking qualified and experienced Control Cable Termination Electrical Technicians to join its technical team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will perform control cable preparation, termination, installation, testing, and related electrical works while following technical specifications, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Control Cable Termination Electrical Technicians

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the position being applied for.
• Preferably holds a TESDA NC II Certificate in an electrical-related training course.
• Hands-on experience using electrical tools, equipment, and materials relevant to control cable termination work.
• Knowledge of cable preparation, termination, crimping, labeling, and connection procedures.
• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Ability to perform basic electrical testing and identify termination or connection issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be able to follow technical instructions and established work procedures.
• Must observe workplace safety procedures and electrical safety requirements.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on electrical work.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities:

• Perform control cable preparation, routing, termination, and installation according to technical requirements.
• Identify, prepare, strip, cut, label, and terminate electrical and control cables.
• Install cable lugs, terminals, ferrules, glands, connectors, and other termination components.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and termination diagrams.
• Perform cable identification and ensure correct connections according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Use appropriate electrical hand tools, crimping tools, testing instruments, and other equipment safely.
• Conduct continuity and basic electrical tests to verify proper cable termination and connections.
• Inspect completed cable terminations for proper installation, tightness, labeling, and workmanship.
• Identify incorrect, loose, damaged, or defective connections and perform necessary corrections.
• Ensure cables are properly supported, dressed, routed, and protected against damage.
• Maintain proper segregation and organization of control and electrical cables.
• Follow technical instructions, work procedures, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with electricians, electrical technicians, supervisors, engineers, and other trades during installation activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly handle and store electrical tools, materials, cables, and termination accessories.
• Report defective materials, damaged cables, equipment problems, and other technical concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned work within required schedules while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Follow company safety policies, electrical safety procedures, and applicable workplace requirements.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe safe working practices at all times.
• Perform other electrical installation, termination, testing, and maintenance duties assigned by management.
