Concrete Mixer Operator/Driver

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Concrete Mixer Operator or related heavy equipment role.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in concrete mixing procedures, ratios, and quality control standards.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks or stationary mixers.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), employment records, or project documentation.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions and varying environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate concrete mixer equipment safely and efficiently for the preparation and delivery of concrete at construction sites.
• Load raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water in correct proportions according to mix specifications.
• Ensure consistent mixing quality and proper concrete consistency for different construction requirements.
• Transport and discharge mixed concrete to designated pouring areas or concrete pumps.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on the mixer equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions immediately.
• Follow site safety procedures, traffic rules, and company operational standards at all times.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and construction teams to ensure timely concrete delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas after each operation.
• Keep accurate records of operations, maintenance, and material usage as required.
