Qualifications:

• Open to male and female candidates.
• Preferably with experience in French cuisine (not mandatory).
• Minimum of 6 months relevant kitchen experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible and willing to work varied shifts as required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.
• Prepare ingredients, measure, and portion as instructed by senior chefs.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies properly.
• Adapt to different tasks as required to support smooth kitchen operations.
