B Notch Furniture Factory is seeking skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operators specializing in woodworking and furniture manufacturing for employment in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will operate computer-controlled machinery to cut, shape, drill, and process wood and furniture components according to technical drawings and production specifications.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, as specified in the vacancy.
- Must be 24–37 years old.
- Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the same or a related field.
- Must have experience in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
- Must have practical knowledge of CNC machine operation for wood and furniture components.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, measurements, and production specifications is an advantage.
- Must be capable of operating machinery accurately and following production instructions.
- Must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines used for woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
- Set up machines, load materials, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine settings according to production requirements.
- Read and follow technical drawings, cutting plans, measurements, and machining instructions.
- Cut, drill, route, and shape wood, plywood, MDF, and other furniture materials using CNC equipment.
- Monitor machine operations and ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Inspect finished components to verify dimensions, accuracy, and quality.
- Identify machine errors or production issues and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to meet production schedules.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
