CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Experience with lathe machines and rim repair is a must.
- Knowledge able in CNC programming, set up, and operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Must be mechanically inclined and capable of troubleshooting basic machine issues.
- Willing to work under minimal supervision and follow safety protocols.
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shifts if required.
- Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC and lathe machines for rim repair and restoration.
- Perform set-up, calibration, and adjustment of machines before operation.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Repair, polish, and refinish alloy rims according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work area.
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and lathe machines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or defects to the supervisor.
- Assist in improving machining processes for efficiency and precision.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the production supervisor or manager.
