B Notch Furniture Factory is seeking a qualified and experienced CNC Engineer specializing in woodworking and furniture manufacturing for an overseas employment opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have practical knowledge of CNC machining processes and experience in woodwork and furniture production. The role involves operating, programming, monitoring, and optimizing CNC machinery to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing of furniture components.
CNC ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only, as specified in the vacancy.
- Must be 24–37 years old.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same or a related field.
- Must have experience in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
- Must have knowledge of CNC machining processes used in woodwork and furniture production.
- Ability to read technical drawings, measurements, and machining specifications is required.
- Experience in CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Must be detail-oriented, hardworking, and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Must be willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, program, and monitor CNC machines used in woodworking and furniture manufacturing.
- Prepare and interpret CNC programs, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust operating parameters according to production requirements.
- Produce furniture components and wooden parts according to approved designs, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Check measurements and inspect machined components to ensure accuracy and product quality.
- Troubleshoot CNC machine and machining issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance when necessary.
- Perform routine machine checks and help maintain CNC equipment in good working condition.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and production teams to meet manufacturing schedules.
- Identify opportunities to improve machining accuracy, material utilization, productivity, and production efficiency.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
