Polyax Alkatrészgyártó Kft. is seeking an experienced CNC Controlled Cylindrical Operator to set up, operate, and monitor cylindrical grinding machines. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality metal workpieces according to technical drawings, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

CNC Controlled Cylindrical Operator (Grinding)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CNC cylindrical grinding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience specifically in cylindrical grinding operations.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and machining tolerances.
• Ability to work independently and maintain production quality under pressure.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with documentation and reporting processes in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC controlled cylindrical grinding machines for precise operations.
• Set up, operate, and monitor grinding machines to shape and finish metal workpieces.
• Produce components continuously while maintaining high quality and quantity standards.
• Take over or hand over engineering tasks as required.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to manufacture products accurately.
• Perform quality control on final workpieces to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Handle documentation and reporting of the manufacturing process.
• Conduct routine maintenance and adhere to safety regulations during machine operations.
