Royal Palace is seeking experienced and service-oriented Cleaning Staff to join its hospitality team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout assigned areas while providing professional and efficient service in a high-standard hospitality environment.

Cleaning Staff

Qualifications:

• Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the position being applied for.
• Hospitality or luxury service experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a high-standard hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions, cleaning schedules, and established service standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, common areas, service areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize floors, surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and other areas.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, washrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and other sanitary facilities.
• Ensure assigned areas are consistently clean, organized, well-presented, and free from dirt, dust, and unpleasant odors.
• Properly handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, tools, and supplies in accordance with safety procedures.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as required.
• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste and garbage properly.
• Report damaged furniture, fixtures, equipment, facilities, or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules, checklists, work instructions, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Assist with deep-cleaning activities and special cleaning assignments when required.
• Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning requests from supervisors, guests, or other authorized personnel.
• Protect hotel, palace, guest, and company property while performing cleaning duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct when working in guest or restricted areas.
• Follow workplace health, safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Coordinate with other housekeeping and hospitality staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Perform duties carefully and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties assigned by management.
