Peloton Workready Pty. Ltd is in need of the following:

Chef

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking)
• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hands-on service for bulk and buffet style cooking which will include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, dinner, crib and pastries
• Ensuring you follow HACCP procedures and safe work practices
• Experience in a high-pressure, high-volume environment is desirable
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Bulk cooking experience is essential / FIFO experience desirable
• Cruise ship is an advantage
