Food and Beverage Manager/Assistant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 5 years of experience as General Manager of food and beverage
• Must have the ability to maintain and improve expenditure budgets set for venue
• Must be able to ensure that continuous staff audit procedures are performed and reported
• Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship
• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have driver’s license
