Qualifications:

To qualify for this job you must have:

• Strong background in Japanese cuisine
• Strong focus on Ramen specifically Tonkatsu, ramen broth and noodle making.
• Proficient in knife skills.
• Good knowledge of kitchen health and food safety
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience in high volume is necessary.
• Multitasking and consistency are key attributes.
• Mentally strong, high-energy individuals who love to tackle busy services and take pride and responsibility in their sections
• Teamwork and communication are major attributes
• Outgoing personality
• Be able to work both unsupervised and within a group
