TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled Carpenters to manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain wooden formwork used in the production of precast concrete elements. The successful candidates will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing timber components while ensuring accuracy, durability, and compliance with construction specifications and quality standards.

CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Age: 24–40 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Carpenter.
• Proven experience in manufacturing and repairing wooden formwork for precast concrete or construction projects.
• Skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing timber materials.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and combustion-engine tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and high-quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in a manufacturing or construction environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and repair wooden formwork for precast concrete elements according to engineering drawings and production requirements.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble wooden beams, boards, plywood, and other timber materials.
• Construct formwork and molds to precise dimensions for concrete casting operations.
• Repair, modify, and maintain existing wooden formwork to extend service life and ensure production quality.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and combustion-engine tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Inspect completed formwork to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
• Perform finishing work such as sanding, trimming, fastening, and reinforcing wooden structures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with production personnel and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform other carpentry and production-related duties assigned by management.
