Qualifications:

• Can speak and understand English.
• Must be an IELTS Passer or IELTS Exempt:
• IELTS Passer- overall band score of at least 5.0 with a score of at least 5 in each of the tests.
• IELTS Exempt- must have 5 years full-time study (4 years of High School plus at least 1 year of College/Vocational courses with passing grades)

Job Description:

• Can read construction drawings.
• Perform floor, wall, and roof framing for custom modular buildings.
• Apply external cladding to modular structures.
• Execute internal fix-out carpentry tasks.
• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines.
• Assemble lightweight steel wall frames and roof trusses Install sheet flooring, windows, doors, sheet metal roofs, cladding, exterior wall claddings, eaves, and other related carpentry duties.
