CAREWORKER
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid TESDA NC II Certificate (Caregiving or related field).
- Willing to complete FREE Japanese Language Training (6 months), if required.
- Candidates who have completed Nihongo training (including those who did not pass the exam) are welcome.
- Preferably with passed Japanese Language Test (JFT A2, JLPT N4, or higher) and Prometric skills tests.
- Preferably with previous work experience in a nursing or caregiving environment.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal hygiene.
- Provide basic nursing care and support under supervision.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the patient’s environment.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow care plans, safety procedures, and organizational standards.
