CAREGIVER

Qualifications:

  • At least a vocational graduate.
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver, preferably in a hospital, clinic, elderly-care facility, nursing home, or similar healthcare environment.
  • Preferably holds a Caregiving NC II Certificate or equivalent caregiving training.
  • Must have active Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and First Aid certifications.
  • Knowledge of basic patient care, personal hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
  • Physically fit and capable of assisting patients with mobility, lifting, transfers, and daily living activities.
  • Patient, compassionate, caring, and respectful toward patients.
  • Able to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare personnel.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, hardworking, and attentive to patients’ needs.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
  • Committed to maintaining patient privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
  • Willing to undergo hospital orientation and training.
  • Must have a newly renewed passport.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Support patients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities while observing appropriate safety procedures.
  • Monitor patients’ comfort and basic needs and promptly report concerns or changes in condition to nurses or other healthcare personnel.
  • Follow instructions from nurses and authorized healthcare staff regarding patient care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and hygienic patient environment.
  • Observe infection-control procedures and proper hygiene practices.
  • Protect patient privacy, dignity, and confidential information at all times.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care to patients.
  • Follow hospital or facility policies, safety guidelines, and established caregiving procedures.
  • Participate in hospital orientation, training, and teamwork activities as required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary is €1,125.00 gross monthly more or less.
  • Forty (40) Work Hours/6 days per week.
  • Two (2) years contract, renewable.
