Peak Pacific Construction L.L.C. is seeking an experienced and hardworking Camp Cook to prepare meals for a large workforce in Guam. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Filipino and Asian dishes in large quantities and providing three (3) meals daily for approximately 400–500 workers. The role requires strong high-volume cooking skills, efficient kitchen organization, consistent food quality, and strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience.
- Proven experience preparing Filipino dishes in large quantities.
- Experience in camp kitchens, catering operations, commissaries, institutional kitchens, or other high-volume food operations is preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience cooking for several hundred people are highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Filipino and Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and meal preparation.
- Good understanding of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper food storage.
- Ability to prepare large quantities of food while maintaining consistent quality and taste.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet scheduled meal times.
- Physically fit and capable of working for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and committed to maintaining high standards of kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino and Asian dishes in large quantities.
- Prepare and serve three (3) meals daily for approximately 400–500 workers.
- Follow planned menus, standardized recipes, meal schedules, and portion requirements.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, appearance, and proper portioning of all meals.
- Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, seasoning, and performing other necessary food preparation tasks.
- Manage high-volume food preparation efficiently to ensure meals are ready on schedule.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and food quality throughout meal preparation.
- Adjust food preparation and quantities based on the number of workers and meal requirements.
- Practice proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Maintain appropriate food storage conditions and ensure ingredients are properly labeled and protected.
- Monitor food supplies and inform supervisors of ingredients and kitchen items that need replenishment.
- Minimize food waste through proper planning, preparation, portioning, and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, preparation surfaces, cooking equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
- Properly clean and sanitize cooking equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas after use.
- Coordinate with other cooks, kitchen assistants, and camp staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and properly storing food deliveries and supplies when required.
- Follow established kitchen procedures, food safety requirements, and workplace policies.
- Work efficiently under pressure, particularly during peak meal preparation and serving periods.
- Perform other cooking and kitchen duties assigned by management.
