The Box Botique Trading Group is looking for skilled and creative Cake Decorators / Designers who can produce visually appealing and high-quality cakes based on customer preferences and design requirements. The successful candidates will be responsible for cake decorating, preparation of toppings and fillings, and maintaining excellent product presentation standards.

CAKE DECORATOR/DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience as a Cake Decorator, Baker, or related role
• Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields
• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• TESDA NC II in Bread and Pastry Production is preferred
• Vocational training or certification in Baking, Pastry, Culinary Arts, or Food Preparation is an advantage
• Training in cake decorating, fondant art, or sugar crafting is an advantage
• Creative, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in modern cake decorating techniques

Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate cakes according to customer specifications and themes
• Ensure cakes are visually attractive, creative, and of high quality
• Prepare cake toppings, fillings, icings, and decorative elements
• Apply fondant, sugar craft, piping, and other decorating techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the work area
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery staff for production schedules and customer orders
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients and finished products
