Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Bus Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation services for employees and project personnel in oil and gas construction sites in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating company buses, ensuring passenger safety, and maintaining high standards of service and vehicle care.

BUS DRIVER

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Bus Driver in construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments.
• Valid professional driver’s license and experience operating passenger buses.
• Knowledge of vehicle safety procedures, defensive driving practices, and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding project site conditions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to passenger safety.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company buses to transport employees, workers, and project personnel to and from designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and transportation plans.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness.
• Ensure passengers comply with company transportation and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned bus.
• Monitor vehicle performance and immediately report mechanical issues, defects, or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip records, passenger logs, and vehicle inspection reports.
• Follow traffic regulations, company policies, and oil and gas construction site safety standards.
• Assist passengers during boarding and unloading while ensuring safe movement.
• Perform other driving-related duties as assigned by the employer.
