Specialized Industrial Services Co. Ltd. (SISCO) is seeking experienced Backhoe Loader Operators to support oil and gas construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while performing excavation, loading, and site preparation activities according to project requirements and safety standards.

BACKHOE LOADER OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Age requirement: 25 to 49 years old.
• Open to first-time applicants and ex-abroad workers.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil and gas construction projects.
• Proven experience operating backhoe loaders in construction or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, safety procedures, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction site conditions.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Operate backhoe loaders for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and earthmoving activities.
• Perform site preparation works for oil and gas construction projects.
• Safely operate equipment while following project specifications and safety procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and operation of machinery to prevent damage and workplace incidents.
• Assist in loading, moving, and leveling materials such as soil, gravel, and construction materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of assigned equipment.
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Perform other equipment operation duties as assigned.
