ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as Assistant Manager in Food and Beverage Industry or Fast Food Chain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays provided they demonstrate strong knowledge effective communication skills, a good pleasing personality, an enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Control: Managing floor operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Financial Performance: Assisting with food cost management, labor costing, and inventory control.
• Customer Service: Handling guest queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences.
• Team Management: Supervising staff, conducting training, and assisting with performance appraisals.
