Kyowa Technologies Co., Ltd. is seeking qualified and experienced Architects to join its professional team in Japan. The successful candidates will be involved in architectural design, construction support, project coordination, and technical engineering works, ensuring that projects are completed in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Architect
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in the field.
- Must hold a valid Professional License in Architecture or Engineering.
- Experienced in architectural design, construction, project coordination, or technical engineering works, depending on the assigned role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and relevant building standards.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively in a highly technical environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review architectural designs, plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout all phases of project execution.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to resolve construction-related issues.
- Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and material specifications as required.
- Ensure projects are completed within established timelines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and technical requirements.
- Adhere to company policies, workplace safety regulations, and industry best practices.
