Mado Turkey is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in Qatar. The successful candidate will lead and manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, monitor operational procedures, and maintain compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and established SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least High School Graduate.
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service operations is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and operational concerns professionally.
  • Experience with cash handling and reconciliation is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and workplace safety standards.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, organized, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Assign duties and monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures according to company standards.
  • Handle cash transactions, cash counting, and daily reconciliation.
  • Respond professionally to customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer and operational concerns promptly and appropriately.
  • Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Coach and develop employees to improve their performance and service skills.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.
  • Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
  • Assist management in achieving operational and customer service targets.
  • Maintain accurate operational and cash-handling records.
  • Report operational issues, staff concerns, and customer feedback to management.
  • Support inventory and restaurant supply monitoring when required.
  • Perform other supervisory and restaurant operations duties as assigned.
