DAESHIN Plant Construction Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced and reliable Helpers to support industrial construction activities in Poland. The successful candidate will assist skilled workers and site teams in daily operations, including material handling, equipment preparation, housekeeping, and general construction support while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience working in Oil and Gas and Power Plant projects and is familiar with industrial construction site requirements.

HELPER

Qualifications:

• Must have a VALID TRC.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the same position as a Helper.
• Proven experience in Oil and Gas and Power Plant projects.
• Experience working in industrial construction environments is required.
• Ability to assist skilled trades and perform general site support duties.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled workers such as pipe fitters, welders, iron workers, and other construction personnel with daily tasks.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed for construction activities.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Support fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repair activities as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Assist in preparing work areas and ensuring tools and equipment are ready for use.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and perform assigned duties efficiently.
• Assist with site preparation, material handling, and general labor activities.
• Follow workplace safety regulations and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
