IT Junior Manager (Cyber Security)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Security, Cybersecurity, or Information Security Management
- Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Framework, and cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with:
- SIEM (Security Information and Event Management)
- EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)
- MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Firewalls and network security solutions
- Cloud security platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident response skills
- Experience in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and security compliance
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar are an advantage
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain IT security systems and security operations
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and company requirements
- Investigate, respond to, and document security incidents and breaches
- Monitor cloud, network, server, and endpoint security environments
- Coordinate incident response and recovery activities
- Review security logs, alerts, and threat intelligence reports
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives
- Prepare technical reports, security assessments, and management recommendations
- Work closely with IT teams to strengthen infrastructure security and operational resilience
