Supervisor / Foreman

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years relevant work experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in facilities management, maintenance, or construction-related works
• Experience in supervising manpower and coordinating daily site operations
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works
• Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and site management practices
• Proficient in reporting and documentation of site activities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of technicians and workers on site
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to schedule and standards
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Inspect ongoing and completed maintenance or repair works
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Report site progress, issues, and manpower requirements to management
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe working environment
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and site teams as needed
• Prepare daily work reports and job completion records
• Assist in resolving site problems and operational issues
