Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
• Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in administrative or secretarial work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Answer query, emails, and other communications
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, letters, memos, and other documents
• Maintain and organize office files and records
• Receive and assist visitors and clients professionally
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
• Manage office supplies and administrative requirements
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Support managers and departments with administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
