Staff Nurse II – ICU / Med-Surg / LTC / ER

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • Relevant experience in ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, or ER preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient care management.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in ICU, Med-Surg, LTC, and ER settings.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to protocols.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
