QC MANAGER (E&I)

Qualifications:

  • Male applicants preferred.
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality control for electrical and instrumentation works.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, NEC, ISA).
  • Experience in testing, commissioning, and inspection of E&I systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality control for electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations, ensuring compliance with standards such as IEC, NEC, and ISA.
  • Develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) for E&I works.
  • Witness and verify installation, calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of field instruments, DCS/PLC systems, switchgear, and transformers.
  • Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments throughout project execution.
  • Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare quality reports for management.
