Job Talent is seeking a highly skilled Production Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations, particularly in FMCG or agriculture-related production. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or agriculture-related production/maintenance
- Strong mechanical skills (motors, gear units, bearings, overhauling)
- Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand PLC systems, preferably Siemens S7
- Experience with sensors, frequency drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- Basic welding skills, grinding, and milling experience
- Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Good English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial and production machinery
- Overhaul mechanical components, including motors, gear units, and bearings
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting on cabling, switches, and motor connections
- Read and interpret PLC programs, preferably Siemens S7
- Maintain and service sensors, frequency drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Assist in grinding, milling, and basic welding tasks when required
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule and best practices
- Use multimeter and other tools to measure electrical performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance
