Rubber Product Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only.
• First-time to work in Japan (TITP Visa).
• At least High School graduate.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a factory worker.
• No visible tattoos.
• Physically fit with good communication skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate molding machines for rubber product production.
• Perform hands-on processing tasks such as shaping, cutting, and finishing rubber products.
• Inspect finished products and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report defects or irregularities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations at all times.
• Assist team members in achieving production targets.

Requirements:

• Valid Passport
