Executive Assistant / Secretary
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or any related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills (required).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and departments as required.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread correspondence, reports, and official documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, letters).
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Assist in logistics, documentation, and general office coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
