Joemar Development Ltd is seeking a skilled Mason specializing in tile setting and plastering to join construction projects in the Marshall Islands. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.

MASON

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason (Tile Setting & Plastering)
• At least a high school graduate
• Strong knowledge of tile types and plastering techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong workmanship skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform tile setting, plastering, and related masonry works
• Prepare surfaces for tiling and plaster application
• Measure, cut, and install tiles accurately according to layout plans
• Apply plaster to walls and surfaces to achieve smooth finishes
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layout plans
• Use tools such as trowels, levels, tile cutters, and other masonry equipment
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
