HEAVY AUTO ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in heavy auto electrical or industrial vehicle maintenance.
- High school graduate required.
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy industrial vehicles such as mobile cranes, forklifts, dozers, loaders, and other earth-moving equipment.
- Strong knowledge of auto engines, under-chassis suspension systems, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic control circuit diagrams.
- Capable of independently performing overhauls, alignments, and troubleshooting of pumps, differential units, gearboxes, pneumatic & hydraulic power packs.
- Skilled in analyzing equipment problems and identifying required spare parts.
- Able to carry out day-to-day plant maintenance work independently.
- Implement mechanical preventive maintenance, follow established procedures, and record all results.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy industrial vehicles and equipment.
- Perform overhauls, alignments, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinate spare parts replacement, and maintain operational readiness.
- Work independently and safely while adhering to company policies and standards.
