Crystal Offshore Middle East is seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding metal components for oil & gas, offshore, and construction projects, while ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Fabricator

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in metal fabrication, preferably in oil & gas, offshore, or construction environments
• High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical course in Metal Fabrication, Welding, or Mechanical Trade
• Relevant certifications (TESDA, trade test, or international certifications) are preferred
• Skilled in welding, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Middle East experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal components accurately
• Perform welding, grinding, and fitting operations as required
• Ensure all fabrication work meets project standards and safety regulations
• Inspect completed work for quality and precision
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition
• Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades on-site
