Job Vacancy: Welding Foreman

Crystal Offshore Middle East is looking for a highly skilled Welding Foreman to supervise and lead welding operations on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all welding activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards, particularly in oil & gas, offshore, or construction environments.
Welding Foreman
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in welding works within oil & gas, offshore, or construction projects
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- At least High School Graduate or with a Vocational/Technical course related to welding
- Relevant certifications (TESDA, trade test, or international welding certifications) are required
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and safety procedures
- Experience in interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Middle East experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily welding activities and workforce
- Ensure all welding works comply with approved procedures and safety standards
- Interpret technical drawings, welding procedures (WPS), and project specifications
- Inspect welding works and ensure quality control standards are met
- Assign tasks and monitor productivity of welders
- Identify and resolve welding-related issues on-site
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of welding equipment and tools
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other departments
