Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the same role
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a casual restaurant or resto-bar setting
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/bar to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Manage and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
• Enforce service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
• Handle customer concerns and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations
• Support sales growth through promotions, upselling, and maintaining quality service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper food handling practices in accordance with standards
