QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in quantity surveying.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in finishing, fit-out, and façade works (3–7 years preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in:
- Curtains & blinds
- Smoke & fire curtains
- Pergolas and louvers
- Façades
- Metal works
- Glass & aluminum partitions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and costing.
- Good coordination and communication skills with project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and perform accurate measurements for finishing and façade systems.
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs, bills of quantities (BOQs), cost breakdowns, and material estimates.
- Review and coordinate architectural, shop, and IFC drawings, including revisions.
- Assist sales and estimation teams during the pre-contract stage.
- Coordinate with site teams during the post-award stage.
- Prepare measurement sheets for progress billing and variation claims.
