PERFECT BINDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating perfect binding machines in a printing environment.
• Knowledge of binding techniques, adhesives, and paper handling.
• Familiarity with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Physically fit and able to manage production-related tasks.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate perfect binding machines according to production specifications.
• Prepare and load materials such as paper, covers, and adhesives.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure proper alignment, trimming, and binding quality.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain consistent production quality.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Report machine issues or deviations to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work area.
