WELDER FABRICATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Welder or Fabricator.
  • No minimum educational attainment required for this position.
  • Male applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Experience in metal fabrication and welding processes, particularly GMAW.
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings and fabrication specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) to manufacture metal items and components.
  • Cut and shape materials according to required specifications.
  • Measure and check dimensions and thickness of materials to ensure accuracy.
  • Weld or join metal and other materials to create a wide range of structures.
  • Inspect and test welds using precision measuring instruments.
  • Ensure all fabrication work meets quality standards and safety requirements.
  • Maintain tools and equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
