SUSHI CHEF ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Male applicants preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Sushi Assistant or in similar food preparation roles.
- At least high school graduate.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Responsible, organized, and attentive to quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in making sushi of different varieties according to Japanese and company standards.
- Ensure food quality, speed, and efficiency to satisfy all customers.
- Prepare ingredients in sufficient quantities based on daily, weekly, and monthly demand.
- Maintain kitchen area organization and adhere to company and Saudi standards.
- Support the head chef in maintaining hygiene, safety, and workflow in the sushi station.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer orders promptly.
