PRIVATE NURSE
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in nursing or elderly care.
- Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or equivalent in Nursing or related fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Ability to work in a stay-in setup with strong dedication and patience.
- This role involves continuous patient care, requiring commitment, reliability, and compassion.
- Must be able to coordinate effectively with family members and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Living Assistance: Help the patient with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility/transfers.
- Patient Care: Attend to a bedridden elderly patient who uses diapers. Two nurses will work in shifts inside the house.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update personalized care plans in coordination with physicians and family members.
- Medical Monitoring: Assess the patient’s condition, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide wound care as needed.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient.
- Shift Work: Stay-in position with no days off; work in rotation with another nurse.
