Hotel Operations Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant working experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, property management systems (PMS), budgeting, and revenue management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple departments effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily hotel operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered and promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints.
- Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate department heads and hotel staff to maintain high performance and service quality.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to optimize occupancy rates and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the proper use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and ensure accurate operational reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and quality service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve hotel performance.
