Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electronics/manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Assemble, inspect, and test semiconductor devices and components.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and quality concerns to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in team training sessions.
