WAITER/WAITRESS

Qualifications:

• Gender & Height: MALE At least 170 cm in height | FEMALE At least 164 cm in height
• Age: 18–28 years old
• Education: Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM)
• With proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
• Physically fit and presentable, with a polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with the team.
• Flexible, reliable, and willing to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
•  Escort customers to their tables and present menus
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Provide detailed menu information when requested (ingredients, portions, and daily specials)
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests during their dining experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns politely and efficiently
• Prepare and maintain clean dining areas and proper table settings
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
• Process bills and payments efficiently
