ROOM ATTENDANT

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in housekeeping or as a room attendant
  • High school graduate
  • Experience in a hotel or resort environment is required
  • Physically fit and attentive to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to provide discreet, professional guest service

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards
  • Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms
  • Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are comfortable and guest-ready
  • Report maintenance issues promptly
  • Provide excellent and courteous service to hotel guests

Requirements:
