Electrical Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Age: 25 – 47 years old
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety practices
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians on site
• Plan electrical works and prepare job schedules and work plans
• Estimate manpower, tools, and materials required to complete projects
• Provide technical guidance and support to electricians during work execution
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Monitor work quality and productivity to meet project timelines
• Inspect completed work and address any issues or deficiencies
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain proper documentation and progress reports
