Heat Recovery Steam Generator / Furnace staff- IPCC

Qualifications:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise HRSG and stack maintenance activities during planned shutdowns and unplanned outages.
• Ensure all maintenance work is executed in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), SAMSS, and approved work procedures.
• Oversee maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of work.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed within schedule and scope.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, inspection records, punch lists, and close-out documentation in compliance with Saudi Aramco documentation and reporting requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Aramco HSE policies, including:
  • Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
  • Risk Assessments
  • Toolbox Talks
• Incident prevention and reporting procedures
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to prevent safety incidents and operational delays.
• Coordinate with client representatives, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure smooth outage execution.
