Job Vacancy: Quality Assurance Officer

Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Co. is seeking qualified Quality Assurance Officers for deployment to Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality, performing laboratory testing activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and laboratory procedures.
Quality Assurance Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance, quality control, or laboratory operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and analytical equipment.
- Ability to prepare reports, documentation, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar laboratory and documentation systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to identify and report deviations, including OOS and OOT results.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of products and materials in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct sample testing of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products, and water samples.
- Prepare laboratory solutions, reagents, and testing materials as required.
- Calibrate, monitor, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Record test results accurately and maintain proper laboratory documentation.
- Prepare reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), labels, and laboratory records.
- Update logbooks, databases, and SAP records related to quality control activities.
- Report any Out-of-Specification (OOS) or Out-of-Trend (OOT) results to supervisors immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of laboratory equipment and work areas.
- Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), safety procedures, and cleaning protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory data, company information, and test results.
- Assist in investigations, audits, validations, and other quality assurance activities as required.
- Perform additional laboratory and quality-related tasks assigned by management.
